I am a third year graphic design student at Kristiania university of applied sciences and work with both graphic designs and websites. Day to day I work on my bachelor, but outside of school I freelance, and have worked with everything from sports clubs to accounting firms. I take great pride in being able to deliver good designs, and  try my best to make your designs feel like you!

I am currently 22 years old, and spent over a decade as an athlete within Speedskating before I moved to Oslo and I am still very active. I started studying for my bachelor in 2023 after finishing media and communication in high school. I discovered my love for graphic design with the help of some great teachers in high school, which is why I now study it. I love working with everything from logos, to websites, and books.

I started my business Smile Graphic Design in high school around 2021, although back then I called it “Silje’s Media” and did videography and photography as well! If you go to my instagram @smilegraphicdesign you can see some of my oldest work with photography and videography. The name Smile Graphic Design comes from an online nickname I used to have. When I was younger I used the online tag “Smilegirl” for everything. Naturally when I began playing with people when I was older, people shortened it to “Smile” and that became my nickname. Now I use this nickname to represent me in everything I do. I also kept it because I feel it shows my personality well. I am a very friendly and open person, and try to show that in both my work, and in my personal life.
